【About the Liability Waiver Program】
The liability waiver is automatically included.In the event of an accident, this program covers the deductible amounts for the following:
Property damage insurance: up to 100,000 yen
Vehicle insurance: up to 300,000 yen
【About the NOC (Non-Operation Charge)】
The NOC (Non-Operation Charge) will be applied if the vehicle cannot be rented to the next customer due to an accident during your rental period.
If the vehicle can be driven and returned to the designated office: up to 300,000 yen
If the vehicle cannot be driven: up to 500,000 yen
To cover these costs, you may add NOC coverage for 3,300 yen per day (tax included).
Please note that accidents caused by drunk driving, circuit driving, drifting, or other illegal/dangerous behavior, as well as smoking inside the car or intentional stains/damage, are not covered.
【About the Vehicle】
Depending on the situation (e.g., an accident), a vehicle of the same class may be provided instead.
【Non-Smoking Policy】
All vehicles are non-smoking.
If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee will be charged separately.
【Prohibited Acts】
The following are strictly prohibited:
① Drunk driving
② Circuit driving
③ Drifting
④ Driving over the legal speed limit
⑤ Any other violation of traffic laws

【Driver’s License】
Anyone holding a valid driver’s license may rent our vehicles.
【International Driver’s License】
Rentals with an international driver’s license are also accepted.
However, the following condition applies:
Enrollment in the NOC coverage option is mandatory.
